  • Mix 1000g premix powder, 4 eggs, 140ml corn oil, and 410ml room-temperature water with a mixer until fully combined. Then gradually add 300ml hot water (about 90°C) while mixing, and continue until smooth. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  • Pour 160–170ml of batter into the preheated waffle maker and bake for 3 minutes.

Original Flavor:

  • Mix 500g powder, 2 eggs, 300g room-temperature water, and 100g milk using a mixer until smooth. Add 70g milk-flavored shortening and mix well. Strain the batter, pour into a preheated egg waffle maker, and bake at 175°C for 3 minutes.
  • Mix 500g powder, 2 eggs, 340g room-temperature water, and 80g corn oil using a mixer until smooth. (Let the batter rest for 15 minutes for better results.) Pour into a preheated egg waffle maker and bake at 175°C for 3 minutes. (Use a fan to cool quickly for extra crispiness.)
